Dr Ismail Mizi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Yes Education Consultancy and an experienced UK higher education professional with over ten years’ direct involvement in international student recruitment, admissions, and enrolment management within the UK university sector.

He has held substantive roles within UK higher education, working across institutional recruitment, admissions, and compliance frameworks from enquiry and application management to UKVI-compliant decision-making and pre-arrival preparation.

His experience spans Bangladesh, South Asia (India, Pakistan, Nepal) and Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya), with proven expertise in ethical recruitment, agent management, compliance, and institutional risk oversight.

Dr Mizi holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and professional certifications including ICEF Trained Agent Counsellor (ITAC) and British Council UK Agent & Counsellor Training.
