Overview
The BSc (Hons) Food Bioscience programme combines biological sciences with food science to develop knowledge of food quality, safety, nutrition, and biotechnology.
Programme Overview
Students study food microbiology, food chemistry, nutrition, biotechnology, food safety, quality assurance, laboratory analysis, and food production systems. Graduates are prepared for careers in food manufacturing, quality control, food safety, research, and biotechnology.
Eligibility Criteria
Successful completion of HSC, A Levels, or an equivalent qualification.
IELTS 6.0 overall (minimum 5.5 in each band) or equivalent.
