Programme Overview
The Foundation Year develops academic, communication, digital, and research skills before students progress to specialist HRM modules. The degree covers recruitment, employee relations, organisational behaviour, leadership, employment law, strategic HRM, learning and development, and performance management.
Eligibility Criteria
Successful completion of HSC/A Levels or an equivalent Level 3 qualification.
Applicants who do not meet standard entry requirements may apply through the Foundation Year.
IELTS 6.0 overall (minimum 5.5 in each component) or equivalent English language qualification.
