Students study project management, procurement, construction law, contract administration, BIM, sustainability, risk management, commercial management, and leadership. The programme develops the practical and strategic skills required for senior construction management roles.
Eligibility Criteria
A recognised bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
IELTS 6.5 overall (minimum 6.0 in each band) or an equivalent English language qualification.
