MSc Human Resource Management (HRM)

The MSc Human Resource Management (HRM) programme develops advanced knowledge and practical skills in people management, organisational development, employment relations, and strategic human resource management. The course prepares graduates to lead and manage people effectively in diverse organisational settings.

Students study strategic human resource management, talent management, employee relations, employment law, organisational behaviour, leadership, performance management, learning and development, reward management, and business research methods. The programme combines academic theory with practical application, preparing graduates for careers in HR management, organisational development, recruitment, consultancy, and leadership roles across public, private, and international organisations.

A recognised bachelor's degree (minimum UK 2:2 or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognised institution.
IELTS 6.5 overall (minimum 6.0 in each band) or an equivalent English language qualification.
Meet Glasgow Caledonian University's postgraduate admission requirements. Relevant professional or managerial experience may also be considered where appropriate.
